Indeed, only the badges and slightly different bumpers separate them. Besides, there's no way you'd be able to import one into the U.S.

On thread, the Nissan Fuga would be my choice. It looks pretty damn good.

I prefer the older version. But as an owner of one I might be a little biased.

I favor the classic lines of the Y50, too. Unfortunately the thread doesn't allow for older models :grumpy:

But I still think the flowing lines of the new model are really handsome. It's much, much better to look at than the European luxury sedans.

Because I HATE most super cars:D, I nominate the MINI Cooper John Cooper Works (especially black with red roof:))

Thanks for pointing it out, I just Googled RollsRoyce Phantom and it popped that!
But either way, Ghost or Phantom, both are sexy.
 
I think Aston-Martin and Cadillac have the best styling going today. Aston-Martin (especially the V8 Vanquish & DBS) just has the round, curvaceous, organic and just purely beautiful flowing lines down pat. I think they do curves better than anyone, bar none.:drool:

And to me, Cadillac is the best at the opposite end of the spectrum, making sharp, creased, muscular, angular, avante-garde designs that also come off as incredibly beautiful.

Two flavours, but both are equally sexy!👍

Jaguar comes a close third, but they butchered the XJ with its recent redesign and the XF, while gorgeous in its own right, just can't compare visually with the Rapide or CTS. I eagerly await the arrival of the CX-16 and CX-75 though, so I might have to re-adjust my opinion once those two beauties come to market!

For me, it's gotta be the Delahaye Bella Figura Type 57S Coupe. This is the first car that's currently on sale that I actually verbally marveled at how it looked when I first saw it, and I didn't stop for at least five minutes. (Hence my avatar.) But it has to not have the rear wheel covers, which ruin the whole car in my opinion. I know it's technically not a "new" car, but it is being currently built as one and anyway, someone already posted the Singer 911.

...it has to be the Aston Martin Virage for me. It takes the DB9's stunning lines and makes them even crisper and smoother. I didn't go with the DBS because I think the lower bodywork clashes with the flowing elegance of the rest of the body.

The 2011 Jaguar XJ is quite the looker in person, although I would definitely say that the color choice plays a major role in how good it looks. I usually feel like the darker colors show off the lines in a more appealing way, and given the wide variety you can choose from, it really lets you get a custom look to any car.

I'd also say the Volt is a surprisingly good-looking car, particularly in person. I'll agree that the practical design of the car does not appeal to everyone, and that there are some design touches that seem a bit odd, but in the end, it all comes together quite well. Inside and out, frankly. I've found little to not like about the Volt, frankly.
 
Think I have to go with the Aston Martin 177. As a rule, I'm not a big fan of Aston Martins (they all look the same to me) but this one is just sublime. The craftsmanship surpasses even that of the Rolls Royce in my opinion. Can't find a single angle where it doesn't look gorgeous.

More on topic, the best looking car on sale today is the Spyker Aileron Spyder. (In my humble opinion :sly:)

I'm with you mate, to me all M5s has been great looking to my eyes...

Another one from me is the Citroen C5. Reason? Well, probably one of the best looking sedan that has ever come out of France and what else? Sleek, simple and solid that it almost feels like a car made by its neighbour. Unmistakably German :lol:

I'm an Aston Martin fan and I came to the same conclusion.
Thought they were sold out and a bit expensive.

I agree with you. The first time I saw one in person it stood out like a gilded thumb in stark contrast to various poor designs that were surrounding it. The design is extremely modern, and pulls it off very well. The only change it needs is thicker black trim around the tops of the windows so the pillars don't look so preposterously thick.

Unacceptable, and I'll tell you why.

The front airdam is higher than the side skirts. That absolutely destroys an otherwise fantastic design. That one glaring oversight made by so many car companies - the E36 M3 comes to mind, which only looks good with a lower aftermarket airdam - has ruined so many great designs over the years. Such a disgusting mistake. That one flaw alone would keep me from owning one, because I would refuse to own a car with such an obvious, horrible flaw like that.

My guess it was a function over form thing. A lower airdam would look better until the first speed bump or driveway curb is hit.
 
On appearance alone my favs would be the Porsche cayman, ferrari 458, and lambo gallardo.
 
That new V6 Jag and the new 911 win hands down.

Overrated, I dislike ferraris, especially Enzos. Though I must say Murcielagos and Reventons are beautiful.

Though the Ferrari 458 gets quite close, just is not as elegantly and excelling at texas hold'em as the Aston.
 
I would have to say the Morgan Aero Supersports, but the DBS and GranTurismo are beautiful too.
