Best low budget wheel?

Hello,

I have been trying to help a friend find a wheel to use for GT5. I suggested the DFGT, but he told me that he wants to spend <$80 on the wheel. I have been trying to search google but have not been able to find anything.

Does anyone have any experience with some of these lower end wheels or would know which one is better/best?

Any help is appreciated.

Although I have a G27, I have heard that the Logitech Driving Force Pro is OK. Not great, but ok. Might be a bit hard to get for under 80 though. See below:

For a new wheel, I think the only one you'll see consistently in that range is the Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience wheel...

I've never used one, but the reviews seem decent enough.
 
You can find refurbished DFGT wheels for about 75$ if you look hard enough for them,
 
The Fanatec Carrerra wheel is a good bang for your buck so to say. You get a high quality rubber Fanatec wheel, Standard Pedals with Clutch + 6spd shifter for 159.95+S&H. It is only compatible with PC/PS3, not Xbox360. Just my opinion.
