i think he means manufacturer tuner as in a subsidery/branch of the company itself. not 3rd party like hks, trust, brabus, etc but official companies recognized by the manufacturer like nismo, trd, mugen, svt, amg etc

id like ///M as well, but since im biased ill say nismo

Prodrive. No factory tuner has built as many racecars as Prodrive, and defenitely not in such a wide variety. Everything from WRC Subies to about half the cars in FIA GT. And, on top of that, awesome street products.
