Best max. 720PP car for IA?

I've been stuck in International A for a while now, and I'd like to progress to Super class. The only thing missing is a good (or, in other words, the best) car that can be tuned up to 720PP or more. What car do you recommend?

There is a lot of good cars and it all depends on how many credits you have got, and which events are you having trouble in International A class ?.

Dream Car Championship and GT World Championship. Bit difficult to find a suitable car to both of them, as I've checked Recommended cars etc.

For the Dream Car Championship I use the Peugeot 905B Evo Bis LM ‘92 and for the GT World Championship I use the BMW v12 LMR race car.
