Best Motoring 5 lap Tsukuba circuit with limit to Japanese/Euro stock cars.
And not rolling start.

This is something which could be achieved through custom races whereby the opposition could be chosen specifically. Failing that a similar feature to GT2's custom race feature whereby your opponents are chosen according to your own car. This would work well since the introduction of the performance points system.
