I have just started playing GT3 again after my memory card killed it's self when I was 70 odd % done  and I want to get as much done again as quickly as poss.

So what's the best MR car to get to do the MR in the beginners league? One that will help me out the most later on in the game.

Cheers.

try either the NSX type R, Elise, Espirit, or both of the MR2s (G-Limited and GTS)
With NSX Type R, you can also do Type R series and you can win it in the amateur type r series

go for an Elise (preferably, the Motorsport). they're easy to handle, light, and relatively inexpesive. it should kill the Beginner's League, and the Motorsport will be usable in the Amateur and professional as well.

Agreed on the NSX-R. It will pretty much devastate the Beginner league, and alot of the street-car Amateur stuff. Plus it's automatically eligible for the Type R meetings and the MR cups. It should also handle a number of the Enduros as well.

It's not the car I would use under normal circumstances (too much of a blowout), but since you're trying to regain lost ground ASAP I think it is the way to go.

Hmmm, a tough choice, as the MR's are some of my favourite.

NSX-R is a good choice.

Motorsport Elise is useful but not any more than the NSX-R.

Probably the most useless, as far as race entrance eligibility goes, but the Lotus Esprit V8 SE is definitely the best overall street car in the game.

i don't really like Acura cars....they just seem....awkward
to me, the settings don't match the car really...but meh, could just be me....

I did not know the Acura was a MR car :embarrassed: aswell nevermind I have bought the NSX type R now, but I'll use the Acura for the stars & stripes race's, just have to win it again :)

Yes, the Honda is better (lighter being the most important difference), but you can easily win the Type R races with minimally modified Civics or Integras. If you use the Honda NSX Type-R for the Type R races, then you have to do more mods to a cheap car like a Z28 or Camaro SS or you have to buy a much more expensive Z06 or Viper. So, dollar for dollar, you're better off getting the Acura and using your Civic or Integra for eventual racing in the Pro FF and other such races.

I almost forgot about the Ruf 3400S. How could this be! Given the fact that mine has over 1,000miles. I would buy this car for alot of reasons.

1) It is such a good car.

2) It will take you deep into pro league.

3) It can enter the Spider & Roadster Cup.

4) It can enter the Boxer Spirit races.

5) It can enter the MR races.

6) It is such a good car.

The Ruf 3400S is good for about 50% of the game or more. It could do probably all of Beginner, Amateur and half of pro if you had to. So I'd say it could be used for like 60% of the game.

The best IMHO would be the Renault Clio Sport V6 24V. Its a great car with excellent handling. I used it in the GT3:SCC at GTN. Very agile, fast, and looks great too. Plus you will need it for the Clio Championship in Professional Mode.

Frustrated Palm Tree 🤬
