Clio is a great choice and is ALOT less expensive than the 3400S. It's short wheelbase gives it great turning ability with very little understeer. You can use it in the Clio cup in pro leage, turbo cups, and it can clean out both Begginner and ametuer (spelling) leages and half of Pro. Plus you can use it as a rally car. I am currently tyring to beat as much of the game as possible with it. Great car for enduro's as well. Lots of fun to drive too. ;)

Is the Clio MR? I thought it was FR...

Welcome to GTPlanet, glacier! Enjoy your stay here, and post good questions and good answers. I also recommend the Search function, which works great!

In answer to your question, the drivetrain designations refer to the platform layout of the cars:

FF: Front engine, Front wheel drive.
FR: Front engine, Rear wheel drive.
MR: Mid engine, Rear wheel drive.
RR: Rear engine, Rear wheel drive.

Hope this helps!

What do the different drivetrain types stand for? Such as FF, FR, MR, and the few others I cannot think of at the moment?

I have a blue PT Cruiser with stage 2 of the turbo kit installed... and I think its a little too much power under the hood. Suggest any other CHEAP but GREAT cars?

Glacierdust:

Read the post above your last post!

Too much power in a FWD car is not fun. Try searching for "best car to start" or best cheap car" and see what other threads you turn up.
