For me, The GT-R SpecV that you get after Golding the S License. Acceleration is phenominal, top speed of 225 when fully tuned, handling in amazing and overall it's possibly comparable to an LM car.

I'll have to agree with this. Mine is fully modified and I have reached around 250 mph, it has a 0-60 of about 3 seconds, and it has just the greatest handling you could imagine.

Honda S2000, bestest, most funnest car in the game. Which is why I have 3.:dopey:

The tuner ones are pretty good as well.👍

I have all 3 McLaren F1s: Regular, Stealth, Race Car

I can say without a doubt, they are some of the best cars in the game.

For overpowered cars, I would say the x2010s and the Ferrari F1s are very fun. I have all of these as well and like to use them every once in a while on a twisty track like Laguna Seca. I love the smooth feel :)

Depends on track, for higher speed races, I take the McLaren f1. For technical races, the furai, bob takes the Indy corners at 190, 15-25mph faster than lmp cars.

Exactly. So the best car is obviously the FIAT Panda.

LOL

Honda Civic Type R BABY...

( King of FF )

The car I will always go back to is my 458 fully modified. Very fun and quick, it can see of many racing cars. It used to be my mach 1 Stanford though. 700 HP v8 is a hard car to control perfectly, but in can still beat gt500 cars (admitedly driven by the ai)

It's the X1 of production cars!

I'd say the Audi R8 V10. Love the noise and it handles like a dream, lots of grip but you can get the back end out and have a lot of fun. Also the Ferrari 458 Italia is great fun as well, especially if you like the tail to slide out and hold it in huge slides :)

Overall best would be the Alfa Giulia TZ2 but it is just a little short on power, so I will say the 787B with some modifications to the transmission to make sure it doesn't constantly hit the limiter. ;)

The answer is here! And no it's not my avatar.

That car [Amuse Carbon R] sadly is a piece of junk. Doesn't corner well at all. It can't compete with ANYTHING at the same power level.

It corners well, it's just a b!tch to tune right. I find out the best grip settings after two days, I'm just screwing around to make it a drag beast. No luck so far.

I've searched for this thread surprised not to find it already.

I could just be looking for your old reliable but in a way isn't that the best car in your garage overall??? The one you come back to time and again because you know it'll get the job done!

Here goes: I'm calling it the best car in the game! Why? Because it has no flaws. It will handle with the best of 'em. It's got speed with the best of 'em. It's a car you can count on to get the job done in any situation you need. It's going to be right there with the leaders, everytime.

Pagani Zonda R

...the ZONDA is great for everybody who doesn't know how to drive, but wants to be fast. Looks like that's what "overall" stands for here :)

Zonda r is a jack of all trades, but a master of none... It is fast, but not fast enough... Agile, but I've seen better... Same with acceleration. The Zonda r is a good all-rounder, but it only lasts 3 laps of Nurburgring 4h before it needs to switch out tires

Redbull X1 -
Zonda R. - Track car
BMW Maclaren F1 GTR - Race car
Audi R8 / Nissan GTR - consumer car

Sorry the question is a little vague

Lotus Elise 111r. Handles extremely well, can outrun supercars (depend on circuit and setup) and it sticks to the road like a fly on a frog's tounge.
I suits every driver. Can be used for drifting, racing, you can RM it, pimping, and if you put on some dirt or snow tires it becomes a rally car.

It is simply the best overall car in Gran turismo 5.

I have that car's British RM competitor... And it's pretty good too

Nissan GTR '07

Bone stock the handling is superb and it's quite quick. Its the modifications that ruin the handling but when tuned right it's a beast!
