Best quality-price relation steering wheel for PS3

Hi!
I'm new to the forum so this is my first post.
I want to buy a good steering wheel for my PS3, but i have some doubts.
My price range is up to $400, something around the price of the G27 here in Portugal.

Fanatec GT3 V2? Logitech G27? Other?

Help me decide please!!

Fanatec if you are also getting the Clubsport pedals. Logitech if not.
Between the base units of both I think the G27 is a better package. The wheels are comparable with the GT3 edging ahead because it has more tuning options and settings. The belt drive is also nice and the wheel is a bit quieter. The pedals are similar though logitechs seem more mod friendly. Shifters, hands down Logitech, the fanatec shifter does the job but is really flimsy and loud(without modding). If you go the clubsport route then hands down the Fanatec wheel. Fanatec is working on a new clubsport edition of the shifter but no word on final release.
