hmmm...R390 is the best outta all of them(Test have been done to prove this) but both 787B and GT-One are very close to it. I like them all.

My sentimental favorite is the R390 because my favorite car in GT2 was the [R] R390 '97, but only the '98 made it into GT3 :(

So I'd prefer the 787B in GT3 :).

I have no idea what eveyones obsession with the 787 is. Same with the other two. Theyre in my opinion UGLY, and they seem second rate to the Le Mans prototypes, such as the Audi R8

Also Nachtjager, the R8 is an open cockpit LMP which has only been around for 3 years, the 787b is 11 years old i do believe, the Calsonic R390 is 4 years old and really sucked at le mans and the Toyota is also 4 years old but did good at le mans and bad in the game just opposite of the r390

I wasnt necessarily putting down the cars per se in their perspective era, i just dont understand everyones obsession with them. Driving and otherwise, i saw the 787 ranked very high on the most attractive automobile polls. No way ill see eye to eye on that one. The GT series has always been biased towards Japanese automobiles, and im just saying in the Le Mans type racers much better can be found westward.

Well if you look at the percentage of the cars in the GT series that have been japanese, it is over whelming, I mean in GT2 the only place u could buy used cars was in East City (The Japan City). I'll admit it that my favorite car in GT3 is a japanese car but its not a racecar its the ZZII I absolutely love that car, it suits my driving style just perfectly.

The GT-One to me is the epitome of an excellent car, both in-game and at Le Mans. Anyone who follows Le Mans 24 Hour knows that it's one of the most if not THE most difficult race to race in, and the GT-One came in 2nd. That is saying something right there. But the reason I like it in game, is for several reasons. The braking is basically the best in the game, besides for F1 cars, in my experience. When I run ok Tokyo, going 270 down the final straight I can begin braking at the 1st Firestone sign in the GT-One whereas I have to brake probably 100-200 feet before it going 240 in the 787B. This may be because of tuning, but this is how it works for me :).

I also like the fact that it's a 6 speed transmission, lets you have more control concerning steep / semi-steep turns. It's a very light vehicle, which contributes to handling, speed, braking, basically everything.

All in all I like the GT-One very much, followed by the 787B and the R390 GT-1 Race Car evenly.
