Best race to grind

So I have been using the Lamborghini seasonal on the nurburgring gp circuit to get me quick cash. It pays almost 160k for first. I know many of you hate driving the lambos. Because they "understeer", but I have been using my stock murcielago with sports softs (like the rest of the competition) and have been able to beat the leading miura by about a second and a half.
What makes it a good grinding event is if you win with a stock murcielago you finish In about 8 minutes. So from 0 dollars to 15mil You can have fancy shmancy new Moira in about 12 hours. And that's an extreme. If you are planning on buying more reasonable cars Like a lm racer for 2mil you can have that in a little over an hour and a half. So just wanted to let you know how I have been making cash without cheating.

It's boring, but the American Series Indy Race can be completed in less than five minutes and pays out just a shade under 100K.

The GP track requires concentration. You can nearly sleep through the Indy race in the American Series or Dream Car Challenge.

Can't say one is better than the other, but it is something to consider.

Try the same race but in a 25th anniversary countache modded to 570pp it's RWD and a blast to drive. I won it at Some point so it should be easy to get.

The Indy one is okay. I definitely got bored of that one though. Plus, grinding the GP circuit helps you learn the track more.

I can't stand the monotony of doing the American Series Dream Challenge. I prefer to do B-Spec Dream Car Championship - pays 86,600 per race plus 433000 bonus. I normally do all the races, but on starting the last one (Nurburgring 24H) i quit the race, still with enough point to win the championship, and saves me an extra 20 minutes each time. Totals 779,400 for about 50 minutes of doing other things around the house.

Why would you do this rather than just go on-line and glitch at Nurb 24h?

Yesterday I made 13 million in 2 races (plus 4 million exp)... about 45 minutes in total.

Because some people don't want to cheat? :dunce:

Yev

If you don't want to glitch that's fair enough. But glitching is not 'cheating', it's just short-cutting.

If you'd rather endlessly run boring A spec races just to earn a couple of million then I'd say the only :dunce: is you ;)

Shortcut is cheating , lol!!!

The path of least resistance is rarely very rewarding for me. The game can be played quite enjoyably without grinding or glitching.

Credits / UCD refresh has to be the Dream Car. 866k in just about an hour, or nearly 780k in ~40 minutes if you quit at the start of the race at the 'Ring. It will also give you a lot of practice with the higher powered cars necessary to beat the Jag, and frequently in the rain.

Credits / hour is GrIndiannoplis. 12 or 13 times 97k every hour.

And then there is the Dream Car Indy autogrind with the X1. Leave it running overnight or while you're at work and return to find several million more credits and a few 1000-tickets, too.

I pull out the IPod and listen to podcasts for about an hour as I grind the Indy track at the American Series.

I used to B-spec grind the Dream Car Championship, but it takes a long time, and you have to keep coming back to your PS3 to keep the series going after each race. Plus you have to check if there's rain or not for the race.

I just grind Trial Mountain or Nurg track for Lambo. Apparently the Ferrari ones payout pretty well too.

Not gonna lie a semi modded LP560 is fun enough that I can do the race as many times as I want. Especially on Trial mountain which is a bit less in payout, but less frustrating..

I use both the "Schwarzwald League B" and the "European Championship" to grind credits, they don't pay as much as Indy but they're much more fun. 👍

I do the American Championship allot, but since the Lambo-Events are up I refuse to grind on Indy.
I do the Trial Mountain one with a Murci SV on Racing Softs (just about 7minutes of pure fun) or the European Rome race.
You need more time, but its not so boring as the Indy Races (Like the Wind and DreamCar too).
Furthermore if I grind at Indy I quit playing GT5 after 10 Races (because I get tired).

By the way: There is no easy Credit Race where you can use Japanese Road Cars (or US Cars). That is a bit wierd ;)

The only A-Spec races I repeat regularly are the Schwarzwald League B event at the Nordschleife and the German Touring Cars event (mostly the 'schleife and GP/F).

Having recently had a really fantastic race in 4 hour endurance race at the Nurburgring V layout I suspect I will repeat this one more than once in the future in a number of cars.

If I want better rewards there is usually a seasonal with decent payouts for a fun race at a track I like (pick-ups on the Nordschleife or any of the Lamborghini Exclusive events are great fun).

Mostly I play shuffle racing online and they pay surprisingly well considering they are great fun and with good racers far more of a dynamic challenge than any AI will ever be.

I generally stick to the ethos that if it's not fun it's not worth it (regardless of payout) so that rules out grinding, glitching etc.

EDIT - Friends that remote race seem to be the best way to 'grind' without grinding (or even turning on your PS3!). Between my 6 online drivers I seem to get nearly half a million on a average per day and a million per day at the weekend.

Um, sorry folks but this guy knows what's good ;). No cheats involved.

Personally for me, my favourite money boosting race has to be the seasonal Truck race at Nordschleife. 111,700cr for seven and a half minutes of racing around one of the greatest tracks in the world.

Before this seasonal came out I wasn't too familiar with the 'Ring, but now I'm in love with it! I must've done that one race about twenty times already. Ok, it may not be the quickest way to make a few million in Cr, but it's the most fun. Please PD, don't take this seasonal away:tup:

I'm happy doing the slightly lesser paid races to grind purely because the variety makes life a bit more interesting than going round and round.

Sometimes for me though, I'd like to find a grind for XP's rather than credits :indiff:
