Best Start From The Grid?

Sorry, I know that I've made a lot of threads today.
Is there any way to get the best start possible from the grid with TCS 5 and ABS 1?
Also, what's a good way to get a good start without assists?
I usually just put my foot down and wait till it says start.

Depends on your controller. With a wheel, hold the revs steady around midrange for a decent, consistent start. Each car reacts differently, and driving conditions are a factor too. Some cars may launch best at 3000rpm, some at 7000rpm. You need to play with each to find that optimum launch with minimal wheelspin. With traction control at 5, you can probably just mash the gas.

I use a wheel.
In F1 2010, I found it was best to hold the revs just before it began to redline.
Obviously GT5 physics are different from F1 2010 physics.
Also, why is it that on Top Gear, the celebrities get massive wheelspin then Jeremy Clarkson says, "an aggressive start" as if he's praising them.
Surely this isn't a good thing as you lose traction that could be used to accelerate?

And with the SLS AMG, Clarkson needs to learn throttle control, he could have had a good race with James May.
