Best Use of Matte Dark Red...

I just got a matte dark red paint chip, and want some suggestions on what to use it on. Would it look good on a Yellow Bird?

It wouldn't be a yellow bird then lol. It really a matter of personal preference though. I have my premium Mustang gt painted matte red and I love it. I haven't got a dark red chip yet though so I can't really say.

I have a Lexus ISF RM in matte red, looks awesome. I think matte colours work best on boxier cars with big body kits, they don't really do curves and subtle lines much justice.

But the guy who painted it, repainted that car matte orange, because he said the matte dark red made the car look like something that fell out of his grandmother's cupboard.

BTW: I think the picture posted above by MrDinosaw94 is regular matte red, not matte dark red.

Yes it does. I hate it almost as much as the stock wheels. Oh, who the Hell am I kidding? NOTHING can compare to those stupid dome wheels.

That looks like normal matte red, I have matte dark red. It's kind of ugly.

You can paint any car just to see what it looks like, then if you don't like it, hit the PS button and quit the game without saving anything. Just be sure you have saved any other progress you want to keep before entering this painting process.
