From my research i was told there is ways to get more HP out of your car. Is there certain parts to install before installing turbo or supercharger? Reply asap. thanks alot

As far as I'm aware it makes no difference, but I would have thought if it is anything like real life you would tune the car for N/A power and then install one of the forced induction options. After that then you would install the ECU as that would control the engine management and installing it after all the upgrades, in real life, would leave your engine more powerful than if you put it on before you tuned the engine.

Then I think you have to run the car in, for how long I don't know, but that is what should give you the most power.

(Do an engine rebuild first if the car is 10-15+ years old or if the car is high mileage, otherwise don't bother with one)

In real life, you'd have to adapt the ECU to every modification made to the engine to get the best out of it.

Anyways, in Gran Turismo, it doesn't matter in which order you install the parts. Just remember to change the oil before driving your car.

When you buy it, take it for an oil change... =P

This has always applied to the Gran Turismo series, back from GT3 if I'm correct.
It does'nt matter if the car is new or used, if the oil's pitch black or happy happy yellow/orange.

No matter what, always change the oil the first thing you do, and you'll get another 30-80BHP out of the car.
