best way to hook up PSTwo to monitor/computer

I want to hook my PSTwo up to my computer monitor, instead of a tv. What is the best way to do this? with the best video quality?

also what about a video capture card or wintv or sumthin like that, how are those?
I will be getting an alien ware laptop(probably next year) and will want to be able to use the laptop monitor to play the ps2 games on, it probably wont have a video input to for the monitor(i have yet to see that on a laptop), so what would be the best way to get it to display on the monitor, a video capture card or soomething similar or is there something better?
