Since iam forced to start gt5 over...what are faster ways to get alot of credits to buy cars for lvl aspec events? The grinding killed me last time. Are the farrari seasonal events still up? Thinking of having a freind send me a farrari under 1mil just to get going.
 
Buy a Honda civic type r.
Race the civic seasonal events, FF seasonals and Compact seasonals
Do the first A spec events.
By then you'll have enough money to buy most standard cars.
After each day you log in your get a bonus multiplier up to 200% for logging in 5 consecutive days, which increases both credits and XP for winning.
Then just enjoy playing it again and focus on the bits you like.

Ummmm thats what I was talking about. Im clearly trying to figure out how to make money instead of starting at the first aspec event, and the op explained it to me....thank you very much.

I cought up with a freind on here and he just told me if I needed a car to start off, then It wouldnt be a problem. I have no problem buying a civic and starting with seasonal event.

Read before you respond.

This, and the time trials. I netted 4 mil in under 30 minutes last night. Make sure you wait for your 200% bonus though. Shame they only pay out once :)

yeah i got screwed out of the 2 million cause of PSN screwing up, did one, got 2 million, got signed out, signed back in, did the other, only got 500k :\
 
Borrow a Ferrari Enzo and drive the La Sarthe track a couple of times.

Enough to buy the rally cars from OCD. Do the Rally special event and earn 3 tickets.
The latest time trial and drift also give millions of CR...

To the op, I cant drift to save my life lol.

Even after all of the updates I didnt know la sarth was still up. Thought it might have gotten bumped out.

Guess I will focus on getting all of my licence test out of the way tonight to drive and race certain event.

Too bad that the Red Bull time trial is closed. With my 200% bonus I banked 10M for golding that event!
 
Get a lotus Elise and do the eifel track in the new European Hot Hatchback seasonal. 200,000 in 4.50.000 if your good. 400,000 if you have a 200% bonus.
 
Do the Ferrari Seasonal. La Sarth with a tuned Enzo, cut the corners, do a lap in 3.15 = profit.

Best way to grind credits, best cr/min value.

For some reason, it was impossible for me to gold that event, despite everyone on here raving about how easy it was.:dunce:
