It all really depends on how much gold coins you want to give up, you can buy all the high end things, and then adjust things and get the beetle to scream but at a cost over 3x the cost of the car itself

My friend loves the car, but he didnt stand a chance on the Nürburgring despite the sam PP.
Coins doesnt matter, theres enough chances in the game to gain it.
