Well, I used to love wrestling but I shortly fell out of it. I still watch it from time to time but I feel that the game is way cooler! I havent play a wrestling game since Smackdown 2 on my PS1. It was a long time ago. Well just a few day ago, I try a preview of some smackdown game on PS2 and I thought it was very cool. Im not really up to date on Wrestling game so which are your favorites?

Im referring to WWE wrestling games. What is the newest one out, and which is the best? I want to know because I might pick one up over the summer to keep me busy, before GT4 comes out. :D
 
I don't know which one is the newest, but Def Jam Vendetta is definitely one of the best (although no WWE game). 👍
Anyways, if you still own a Nintendo 64, get WCW NWO Revenge. :D
 
Well,WWE Smackdown : Here Comes The Pain is the newest in the series and IMO the best.Lots of different matches,characters and a ton of moves.
 
Yep here comes the pain is an excellent wrestling game, although I'm not a fan of wrestling at all I enjoy playing the games with my friends, HCTP has some really cool features, your able to drive vehicles around in the backstage area like a forklift and a motorcycle for some odd reason, and you can travel to different places, like fighting backstage, then the locker area, or even outside the arena on the streets for example times square.

I grew up watching wrestling. I used to watch it every week. Now that I've started training in Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts wrestling is too lame to me. They're like a bunch of highly paid posers. Download some REAL fights. Search for Pride. Check out Wanderlei Silva, he's an animal.
 
Wrestling is not about killing your opponent(atleast not in the WWE).It's about technique and entertainment.I belive almost everyone who watches it knows that they don't hit eachother for real.It's all about the show and it's waaaaay better to watch then Pride.That's just my opinion so no need to start a flame war on this.The point is that WWE Smackdown HCTP IS the best wrestling game available.

Well you better hope it makes greatest hits then. anyway, I have HCTP and enjoy it very much.
 
wrestling is just entertainment and HCTP is the best game, because its features are so crazy with the elmination chamber and the motorcycles and the chopper its nuts plus the over exaggeration of the game makes it look even more realistic than UFC

Trust me, there is ZERO technique. I've seen them TRY to imitate real moves, and they're even ****ty at that.

Hmm,that game looks better then any other wrestling game i know.How come i never heard of it?Is it available here in Europe?:trouble:
 
Just announced at E3. Don't know if it would come to Europe. Why not? Is there legislation against mud wrestling there? Maybe it would affect people's sensibilities.
