Better Customization for 1st person HUD gauges.

So in GT6, we are able to change the colour of the gauge ring and the gauge numbers.

Why not the needles and the overall hud outline colour, as well as MPH KM/H indicators and lap time?

And maybe we could use some more colours as well...
