What is BGTRC?
The BGTRC is a new racing club just for the British and it does weekly races for the amateur casual racer just like myself so if you would like to join then please read the rules ! :)

Rules
1. Please NO crashing on purpose, if you are found to be doing this you will be banned. :(
2. Please NO spamming out the chat feed, also if you do this you will be banned. :(
3. If you have any problems please message either me msportvideos or panman09
4. Please have FUN! :)

Want to race then?
If you would like to race then you will have to look at the gamertag and see the description of what the gamertag means :
BGTRC_Lobby_1 - The first lobby for serious racers, this lobby will have the GT300 class racing in it, please click on this link to see what cars you are able to use.
BGTRC_Lobby_2 - This lobby is like the first lobby but instead you will be driving the GT500 Class these are a little faster than the GT500, please click this link to see what cars you can use.
BGTRC_Casual -This is a casual racing lobby where you can take your car out for a race for a little practice.
BGTRC_Test - This lobby is where you can test your car for the event that is on that evening.


Recommendation
I would recommend that you have a wheel to join this club as I feel that the DS3 is not really suitable for Gran Turismo 5. If you do have a wheel take a photo of your setup and add it to the thread!

eezy pal im up for it. i used to race with GBRC i will add you tomorrow if your on i have g27 which i bought yesterday from using a dfgt.

im just glad now i dont have to listen to the grinding of the gears in the back of the dfgt haha but in comparison the g27 is alot smoother, stronger and and better built well worth 190 from the shop just a shame it has lost its compatability with the playstation button on the wheel

Yea the fact that it doesn't have a Playstation button is a con to the wheel but i think all the pro's make up for that! :)

yeah the g27 is far better than the dfgt and many others for that matter the pedals are the bees knees :)
 
Nice setup and I have a wheel too. I've also taken a picture but am unsure how to put it into a forum post on GTP forums :indiff: . Also I would like to participate :) .

To put your picture on the forum you need to put it on a photo hosting website like photobucket and then press insert image and copy the picture URL into the box. If you would like to participate then please add the PSN account names that are in this thread. Also please go to our Facebook page and like it for the latest event news.
 
hi we are still trying to get enough members to hold large events but the lobbies are open now and aslong as you have added the psns at the top of this page we will let you know when the races are, they will be frequent and we was thinking of maybe starting a league up. if you could invite any friends you have to join aswell it would be much appreciated we are aiming at getting a gt300 race series started for this weekend we would need about 10 people to be attending

Here's how to upload a photo on the forum.
Just skip the first part where exporting from GT5 is explained.
 
Thanks for the help but someone already explained to me how to post pictures on GTP forums. Here is my setup I was talking about by the way:
