1 year on and still no post special events where I can utilize my rally cars to grind cr/xp. Shame on u PD/GT5 (seeing as they treat u like a person)
They only incl rally to tick a box and make more sales.

They've made some great tracks though like Eiger for rallying but in GTLife they're only used once! (In the Loeb challenge) they could've easily made more events in A-Spec on rally tracks but for whatever reason they didn't.
"More PP", "Change track", "Start Race"- These annoy me. Please read the title of the room before you enter. Likewise people who come into a room clearly labelled "Clean" and ram everyone off the track before falling so far behind that they rage quit, either that or people who are quite clearly decent drivers yet still ram the back end of my car as I go past, sending me in a spin.
But the thing that annoys me most of all in GT5 is driving without ABS. There isn't really any representation of threshold braking, it just seems that if you brake anymore than half way, no matter what speed, you lock up and pile into a wall.
This has to do with an online experience today: After the race with karts another person comes into the room. I hit drive and went out, while that guy just hit drive as well. Turns out that he didn't know his braking zones (or how to brake, I don't know). I went into the first corner of the London track in a kart with late braking, but still could make it, until he rammed straight into the back of me putting me into the wall. On the start of the race, he did the same thing but to the leader.
So there you have it, players that miss their braking zone (or forget how to brake at all corners). Sorry the long post!
