Black trees in Bathrust during night - graphic bug

In the night at Mount Panorama the trees along side the track are completely blacks and not illuminated by the headlights of cars..... you can see just a black silhouette while in the Nordshleife and Le Mans the headlights illuminate these and only the trees in the distance are enveloped by darkness

It's a game bug no a PS3 problem; try in your own:
Garage, free practice, Mount Panorama, time of the day 22:30 ...... and you could see with your eyes

That's normal; trees are supposed to absorb carbon dioxide and light.

The trees at Nordschleife are basically made of two 2D surfaces put in a cross.

The trees at Bathurst are made of a combination of basically 3D trunks and branches and 2D "always face camera" surfaces.

So the requirements to illuminate them are probably quite different.

Last night, on Bathurst, my driver was a completely jet black model ( was driving a premium car ) apart from his crash helmet

Strange but funny, to see this ghostly jet black apparition driving when looking at replay internal cam !

Yeah, they ruined Bathurst in 1.04 because of framerates or some nonsense.

I know it's definitely not the best fix and that no one should have to be forced to do it, but have you played the game in 720p, instead of 1080p ? Bathhurst seems a lot smoother then. Like I say, not the greatest fix AND you may have already tried that anyway, but if not, it might make the racing a lot more bearable ?
