You mean the number of posts you can see on each page?

Individual users can select how many posts they see on each page by going to 'Edit Options' and 'Thread Display Options' (in the Control Panel available on your 'My GTPlanet' page)... that way, you can select up to 100 posts per page, although the forum default is 20 posts per page.
 
I was under the impression that it was an option reserved for Premium members only.
