Hey guys)) Sorry, I wasn't able to play often for sometime. But now I've passed all the exams, and I'm freen for the summer. I will get a G27 in a week or two, so I will need some help with learning to drift on the wheel... Or maybe I'll be able to do it myself... Can't imagine how hard can it be now :D

P.S. My 222 post

Nice Leo, hope you will like GT5 with the wheel... Cuz I honestly don't :/
When you get it you should give LFS a shot also 👍

Is it so hard? I mean some of my japanese mates started to drift with a wheel and now I can't see the difference between them with DS3 and with a wheel. They even drift the same cars they did before.

But these are crazy guys who spend nearly all their day playing GT5. I will have like 6-10 hours a day to play GT5, cuz I still go in for aikido, and I'm starting kendo from July. And I need to watch some anime. But I will have very much time to practice with the wheel.

Nah it's not that it's hard you just need to make sure that you stay on the wheel and if you play games like LFS the ffb on the wheel feels like poop on GT5 in comparison, which puts you off by a huge deal... However you're getting a G27 and I know that the FFB on the G27 with Gt5 is much better than the DFGT...

Sound good leo :)

It takes time to get used to wheel. I use dfgt bout month now, not played every day and now i got some touch of it.

You can practice with me and i can recommend gunz and decoy too. We can give tips to getting started..

In start it's frustrating but don't give up 👍

I need to tune every car again when i change wheel, in ds3 theres no significance what setting you use. In ds3 i use basic settings, only lowered cars cause look better..

In wheel you need to tune much more to make car good to handle, and in wheel you don't need so much power..

Good luck and don't take ds3 back 👍 ( I use ds3 only handbrake and browsing menus)

Thanks, Jaape.

I plan to do some grip racing at first. Maybe 4 hours Miata Endurance Race in A-Spec.

About settings I don't think I will really need to retune my cars. I found a very good balance setup for my drifting style. Hope it will work with G27.

Sweet leo, good to see you getting wheel, sure is fun once you get better with it:) I was so crap at it for ages! Allen and ray helped me out lots in the beginning, but it will just click, then you got it down;) mani, if you want try lfs with me online, send me a message, i havn't tried it online yet:(

Not in Russia mate :D

I hate my country really. Even old russian cars are over 1 000 $ now. And these are just crap. And you can't buy even a new Kia or Hyndai for less then 20 000 $

We have quite many mid 90's jdm cars. But they aren't cheap too ;) And it's hared to find parts for them :D

Ah I guess thats understandable then, and it's no surprise that you guys have many JDM's, quite close to Japan.
