BluRay Drive Replacement On PS3 Slim?

I've found a few threads on here about replacing the laser on a "fat" PS3, but has anyone here done it yet for a "slim" ?
Or does anyone have any good links on where to find a decent how to?

Found a lot of Youtube vids, most were for taking apart the PS3 but nothing that really focused on replacing the laser.

Was hoping someone on here and some first hand advice... but judging by your post you've nothing intelligent to offer either.
