This video is a 12 minute long video, it has these cars a Mazda Miata, Mazda RX8, Honda Integra Type R (DC5), Honda S2000, Nissan Skyline V35 (G35 in america, and Subaru Impreza STI (new). That track was good for the slower speed cars to have a fair advantage against the 'faster' cars like the S2000 and the WRX. Its a very impressive race the slower car always block the faster car such as the Integra Type R. The ITR is very impressive it beat the RX8 even though its FWD and less power the ITR has a very good racing tuned suspention with a great balance, the best FWD car ever must be the Integra Type R DC2 or DC5 both very great.

Awsome stuff. I had one between a couple NSXs, Evos, and GTRs and I loved it. Looking forward to this one!!!!

YeS!!! What races are in Showdown 3?? The touge races i seen are the 2wd vs 4wd one and MRS vs S15 and ITR vs S14
 
Its a huge thing. They have like 10 or 11 cars and they get it down to 3. One faces one, the winer moves on the face Tsuchiya's Hachiroku. Its about 26 minutes long. Great stuff.

Some of the cars include:
Yashio Vitz.
Honda City.
Technospirit MRS.
Tsuchiyas Ae86.
Loft AE86 Levin.
Celica tuned by someone..
EG6 tuned by someone..
And about 10 more..the ones I dont remeber. All of them are tuned to the max for "Street use", IE. Street Radials, must have air-con and radio and stuff..
 
Why didn't you post all of these in the same thread? They're all relatively old, btw.

Both Honda S2000 and Honda Integra Type R posted better lap time then the STi. I love STi and would take it over both S2000 and ITR but it understeer alot. I guess i can live with understeer :)
 
A bigger rear sway bar would probably help a good deal. From what I've looked through on the Cobb Tuning board, a nice and big sway bar (7mm-9mm increase in my car's case) helps eliminate a lot of the understeer. Then it'll will own! BUHAHAHAH!

You have to love that though. He had to get out of the way immediatly before slamming into the back of that weaksauce Honda. :D I've got nothing against the S2000, it's one of the two Honda's I would take (NSX being the other). The Integra can bite me though. I lost all respect for the Type R when I saw it on a course.

Ooooooooookay...

I just read your review on the Type R. Seeing it compete in the Solo IIs, especially around a hairpin, I was less than impressed. It would take a hard, relatively slow angle in and always end up nearly touching the grass. Could of been the driver, could of been the car. Either way.... I hate Hondacura.
 
Awesome video, I just got around to watching it.

And the Subaru isn't an STI, look at the "normal" intercooler/wheels/brakes/etc. :)
 
Oh yeah your right im so stupied i overlooked it. 250ps WRX but thats still fast see how the ITR beat the WRX ;)
 
maybe i should upload some vids for you guys...i have a guy named Duc that has a 98 Civic hatchback doin 11s, Duc's Civic with new turbo on the dyno doin well over 800+whp, i also have some dumb redneck who is driving this big GMC truck that is raised and he is getting out of the truck at speeds of 30mph to 40mph and the truck hits a post...
 
Yeah we have that GMC truck redneck thing, and um Civic dynoing over 800?? Should be able to do better then 11s dont you think ;)
 
Any FWD cars over 500 are unpossible to be daily driven or to drive really that much power is unrealistic, I would like to see the 800hp dyno thing im sure its not 800 i bet you saw it wrong or something because i also saw a civic sedan (turbo) nickname cheesefrog beating a viper and it run 10s so i dont know. Upload the dyno thing i would love to see it ;)
