The car in GT2 was the BMW 840i, and was woefully underpowered. It's a pity as, next to the M1, it's my favourite styled BMW ever. The 850i would be a good addition though, I agree.

i dont want to offend anyone but, i dont understand what everyone see in BMW's
i mean i do like some models like the M1 and 850i and some i hate like Z3
but i dont see what has made them so popular ,they are one of the most talked about make of cars on this forum
i do agree they were lacked in GT3 though

dude its true, that gt3 has no respect for even euro cars. but yea i went to Germany a couple years ago. and i went to the BMW factory tour they have there. its sweetass man. i love seeing all the BMWs, but i agree about the back of the 7 series being wierd. the new 5 series isn't any better. its like the 7 series model.

It would be good to get a big truck in like the 850. Then you could have a "trucks" race, and race it against the Mercedes CL600.

I mean it's a BMW V12 right? What other cars have BMW V12's? Can you name some GREAT Cars...What happened? This V12 makes less power than the inline 6 M3 and the v8 m5...-.-;;

And yes, so the V12 in the 850 is not terribly powerful. That's because it's a GT car, with the emphasis on Touring. It's meant to be a torquey, lazy engine. Nothing wrong with it that the M division couldn't sort out. Anyone care to mention 643BHP?

For 1, I meant the whole name a good BMW v12 car as a retorical question..meaning BMW could have done ALOT better...
and that 850 in GT would be like a ...300HP v8 vantage..-.-;;

couldn't give a crap personally about BMW anymore,

so sick of seeing em in UK, 95% of them look the same there nearly as common as Fords/Vauxhalls

Nothing like standing out from the crowd & showing your an individual by buying a BMW

BMW M1 is cool though
