Sorry, but they only came in a pack of 5, (Lamborghini Mucielago, BMW M3 Coupe, Mercedes-Benz 300SL Coupe, Audi R8 and the Shelby Cobra 427 S/C) which came with a XMB menu theme. (All in 1 code)
Your best hope for these would be on eBay.
