You can beg all you like, when untouched the car has a value of at least 1million credits, therefore it is not able to be traded.

If you really need it, ask for a 2001 Bday ticket instead and try to get it through that or just recycle the UCD until you see it again.

You don't seem to understand, that value is the cars value when used, when trading the cars new condition value is used regardless of whether the car is actually in brand new condition.
