Needs a small spoiler on the back for some downforce at high speeds :p

They should make a sedan coupé version of this Ute.

:p

I think that would actually be one of the few utes that could survive outside of Australia

Open-mindedly there's nothing wrong with the Ute, but otherwise, I really have no idea what to call it, other than "unique."

I agree, even though Australia has some of the coolest cars. BMW should give that a big go elsewhere.

But if they release that in say the US, that would maybe entice GM to bring the ute version of the Commadore, Chevy SS ute, sounds like a boat though, we know Ford won't bring the Falcon since it's getting canned

And I would love to see a Chevy Ute. Last time we had one of those was when the El Camino was still in production. And had it not been for Pontiac getting shut down we would have possibly seen a "Pontiac G8 ST" in 2012, as a resurrected El Camino.

There is a place out in I believe Utah or Colorado that makes Holden Commodores which are registered as Pontiac G8 STs, they convert the GT into one, they aren't too expensive actually, but it would be the Chevy SS ute, since the SS is the Commodore, the last real one the US saw was the Subaru

Subaru Brat or Baja? Silly question, since I should know this stuff. If you don't know the model name then just post a picture of the one you're thinking of. I'll tell you.

Now I think we're just going to SUVs turned pick up with that, so like the Escalade EXT, Ford Explorer sporttrac, Hummer H3T (Which is my favorite hummer) Hummer H2 EXT, stuff like that?

I'm just going to say this: I'm a car guy and am impartial with pretty much everything. That is, until NASCAR takes over the weekends. Then I'm a Chevy guy.

My big 3 are McLaren, Ford, and Aston Martin, but I love all cars, just if I had to BUY that's what I'd go with, yet in Nascar I root for Chevys

This is slightly off topic, but is the production Chevy SS even available here in the US yet?

Altech Precision sells them but they are built by Quad4Rods. Both in Denver IIRC.

They should have done this with the new 5series
