BMW M4 Coupe will make its appearance in Gran Turismo 6

BMW M4 (and M3) Real life unveil is December 12th.. I would expect the M4 to be available in GT at this time :D

I thought the M3 was dead...? A new one?
 
Well the new M2 is the 1 series coupe (ie M135i last gen) and the M6 has always been the M5s Coupe Cousin.

M3 is a 4 door, the M4 is the coupe variant. Shouldve just left at M3 coupe/ or saloon. Not make an M4 -_- or even better make the M4 the 4 door and keep the M3 as a coupe

Odd numbers = Sedan/Wagon. Even numbers = Coupe/Convertible. 'Tis how they are doing it now, although they still have the "Gran Coupe" versions which in my opinion are still sedans...

There hasn't been an E82 M135i, the M135i is the 2nd gen 1 series hatch.

Yes, but that will become M235i in the second gen. Never said second gen M135i was the coupe.

This is awsone news,as I stated in another thread. Little side info to further the speculations: BMW announced a few weeks ago that they are ditching the M3 DTM and replace it with an all new M4 DTM for next season. Considering what the M3 looked like,imagine what the M4 DTM will be :) :) I've always wanted the new breed of DTM cars in GT...

I think all the cars that were at Ronda and aren't in GT6 will be added as DLC

They stopped current production on the current model because they were preparing to begin production on the new model? Not sure what is so hard to understand considering that car manufacturers stop production on old models when new models come out. You don't see them making the E30 M3 (Sadly) still.

To be honest I cant tell the difference between the normal and the plus version. But you're right it is the face lifted one because of circular exhaust and the tail light design

Yeh, just a normal v10 '13. Plus has carbon side fins, black tail pipes and CF splitters with different wheels.

It's the plus.... Except those old milled wheels aren't an option anymore for the Plus. Or it wasn't at least at reveal...

I hope they eventually include the M235i racing variant BMW just unveiled today. Check on bimmerpost.com. The car is incredible looking, better than the m3/4 IMO.

Na, everythings different even the rear window vents, there not carbon at the event. Plus = Carbon parts.

It's close... The only reason I said no it isn't the old model is that they never offered that sepang eloris paint color..

I think and hope they will. Kaz said that they had plenty of updates and cars to add in the future, and said that they had a large patch now in december. Also, he said something about Senna's anniversary in May, so probably we will have more news near that month.

I think we can expect those in the future!
 
I am hoping this large December patch isn't the launch patch (1.01)

I hope PD had a good long look around that private garage at Ascari to decide what to add next. Some of those cars would be welcomed.
