Yes please! 👍👍👍

My favorite "Future Classic" M5.

hey, I remember using this car in Need For Speed: High Stakes. This was one of my favorite cars :D at first I didn't think the M5 was any good because it was boxy and just looked like any other sedan; it didn't have that appeal like the Aston Martin DB7 did. But wow, its performance was amazing. I would much love to see this in a future GT game. 👍👍

I really hope that the BMW E39 M5 appears in Gran Turismo one day. The E39 M5 is one of the most iconic BMW M models among long-time BMW enthusiasts and car lovers, and it is often regarded as one of the greatest M cars ever built. Its combination of a naturally aspirated high-revving V8, a manual transmission, rear-wheel drive and timeless design has made it a genuine modern classic.

In recent years, I have also noticed a renewed wave of interest in the E39 M5. Across numerous automotive platforms and enthusiast communities, it continues to be highly regarded for its build quality, driving performance, and enduring design. That design is also one reason why so many enthusiasts still consider the E39 M5 as one of the best-looking M cars. Even decades after its introduction, it has aged remarkably well.

Gran Turismo has no shortage of sports cars, supercars, and high-performance coupes, yet powerful sports sedans are comparatively rare and the E39 M5 would fill that gap perfectly. It would also be a fantastic representation of the golden era of performance cars from the late 1990s and early 2000s.

If there is one BMW M model that most deserves to be included in the Gran Turismo series, its the BMW E39 M5. I would absolutely love to see the E39 M5 recreated with the quality and attention to detail for which Gran Turismo is known.

I'm glad that we at least got one M5 but i agree with you. And how polyphony insists on only bringing back models that appeared in previous gt´s. And also how in previous games not even a facelift model.

edit:
thank you for the "like" on my post, but make sure you "like" the very first post on here for the e39 count if didnt.
How could the E60 come before the Legendary classic E39....

Beautiful driving shots of a E39 M5 with the Dinan S3 performance package. According to the description, it was the last E39 M5 modified with this package.
