Hate to tell you this but that car is above the million dollar cap and can not be traded. The three options I can think of would be from either a Level 23 ticket, a 1999 ticket, or a 1000 ticket. While all three options would require you to backup your save file and reload it if you don't get the car you want when you use the ticket the 1000 ticket would be the hardest way to do it as it would give you a random car from a list of over 1,000 cars and it could take a long time before the BMW came up. The Level 23 ticket or 1999 ticket would narrow down the field of choices to a much smaller window.
One last possiblity (outside of using a ticket to get it) would be to borrow one from a friend, then delete the game from your PS3 and re-install. When you re-install the game the car will now be yours to keep for good and no longer a borrowed car. There's a thread about doing this trick elsewhere in the marketplace forum and it will give you more details about how to do this.
