I'm not sure why there is that week gap between the start and the deadline for the first race, but all the other scheduled race deadlines are 2 days apart.
This 2 day thing seems to be a bit short. I'm not sure how well this will work out for us in far away lands where there is a 8 hour time difference. I just hope that everyone get's there alotted time and not get shorted by the time zones.

The 2 day gap is indeed a bit short, even for us closer to Germany and with the same time zone.
I don't think there are a lot of people who can drive at their best after only 2 days of racing. Some people just don't have the time to race properly in those 2 days.
Like me, and i think it will be a problem for you too with your busy work schedule, right?

I'm sure that the days that I will be scheduled to race will be some sleepless days and nights. But I am not going to use work as an excuse. I will do my absolute best no matter what!
And Mischa, as soon as I get a day off, I will find out how to get you some Euro's! And maybe a surprise or two!:D

But now, it's time to go to work. Tot ziens!

I just found out that in that week i also have to race the Dutch Championships GT3. So that will cost me a day or two. Oh well, i've had sleepless nights before:)

Cya Rob!

No, it's not on a site.

It's organised by Playstation and Sony. 200 of the best GT3 players of Holland will come to Utrecht that week and drive against eachother. The fastest 50 will go on to the semi finals a week later.

Urge is too great.

Are there any trophies in the shape of a clog for this competition?

Ok. Does the worst finisher have to plug a damn with one of his fingers?

So, the competition starts January 12th, but the deadline for the first race is a week later.
Does that mean that the drivers for race 1 have a week to race?

Yeah it seems race 1 is a week long  lets hope Jean has the sense to make it the enduro race if anyone submits an enduro :P

Yeah, the 2 day time frame is gonna be a toughie for me.

*note to self: Find local drug dealer and buy some speed*

I'm sure you'll be able to manage without resorting to that ;) :P :mischievous:

 Kelly!
You saw though me that quickly, I'm proud of you! How the hell do you think that I work 80+ hours a week. There has to be something that is keeping me going!

Deadline for the final drivers list is now January 11th. As per a post by jmr.

Further details will follow about the method of replay submittal. Currently the guy's over at GTN are working on a possible private thread where captains will submit replays, but that's not set in stone yet. They still have yet to decide for sure.

As far as replays are concerned, here is how you should name any of your reply files.

The attachment should contain the following:

1. Race #
2. Team
3. Driver

Example: Boom,Race1,GTP.sps

DRIVING RULES
Drivers must have the intention to drive clean. Any intentional wall-banging or going off the track for gaining an advantage will be followed with a DQ. So try always to stay at least with 2 wheels on the track and keep your car off the track.

Would you mind repeating that last sentence.......

He means you have to hover.

But first you must rid the world of AIDs

Good luck to you.

  :P

Ok it has been suggested by the replay verifiers that we name our saves on our memory card and our port file saves as such... rd#/name/team

rd1_jmr_GTN
rd1_nq_GTF
rd2_Stonewolf_GTF
rd3_Morelli_GTweb

To make it easier on those that have to download loads of runs to their cards for checking .

You have to use the _ instead of spaces ;)

I think we have officially decided on these 2 if I'm not mistaken ...

race#1
Lancer Evo V GSR (J):
Evolution Meeting, Amateur League. Midfield II race (6 laps)
oil change,
full racing muffler,
sports suspension
T8 tyres

You may adjust whatever settings that the sports suspension allows and the rear downforce, but TCS and ASM must be set to zero.

race#2
Fully modded Honda Integra Type-R '98 (J)

The track: Seattle, Arcade mode normal (3 lapper)
