So I set one of my (depressed) Bobs up to do the Laguna 200 mile enduro to try & get the oil in my GTR '09 dirtied up a bit for the last night of the Nurb TT. At the start the AI in P1 to P5 are jockeying for position leading up to turn 1. Bob, in P6, heads into the pits & I immediately start cursing him for being an idiot.

Next thing, I nearly fall off my chair. Bob takes the short-cut via the pit lane & exits in P1! I canned myself laughing. From villain to hero in 1 easy move! :lol:

Anyone else ever caught their Bobs cheating?

Hahaha that's SO awesome! Usually Bob is challenged, at best, even at level 40. But I have to see your cheating Bob. For sure let us know when the video is available (link).
 
This has happened to me before it seems when they try going 3/4 wide on the start the one on the inside seems the straddle the pit exit and thinks hes in pitlane so drives down it. Thats my theory on it.

:lol: He gets boxed out to the left, and it seems he makes a conscious decision to take the pit road. Once he's on the paint he just says "eff it", and cuts over. :lol:
 
Yup, i've had mine do this as well. Though i had him in the X2010 and he just went straight for it on the 3rd lap around. It was beautiful. I wish they were more intuitive like that all the time.
 
I have one REALLY aggressive level 40 driver named J. Hendrix that has had a few moments of questionable sportsmanship.

In one of the old big $$$ Suzuka seasonal I put him in my JGTC Diablo with somewhere in the realm of 840hp. One of the slower JGTC NSX AI cars kept blocking him for about 4 turns. Apparently Hendrix (who already drives like satan in a Lancia Delta S4) didn't like this because on the next straight, instead of blowing the slower car's doors off like I expected, he got up next to the AI driver's quarter panel and yanked a textbook pit maneuver (no way it wasn't intentional as he could've easily just punched it and put 1.5 seconds or more between him and that NSX).

That same driver will not drive on Laguna Seca unless I have him in a 4WD. He has a pretty bad habit of cutting the corkscrew. Doing 100+ and not lifting when he hits the tarmac again. He drives like it's a dirty shuffle lobby and I don't use him as much anymore, but the bottom line is Hendrix runs circles around all my other drivers and he's hit a few lap times I still have yet to break.

EXACTLY like this, except he had more car, so he exited the pit lane in P1.

I don't think its that hard to put it on YT, Not sure but try to put it on a USB and then save it on your LapTop, make a YT acount and upload it.

It is a little GT5 file that generates the replay.
It cannot be played otherwise...you have to convert it first...

Aha, Then I think IMGburer will work, it converts and plays the video.

The gt5 replay save file contains only information on how to re-create the lap in gt5 replay mode.

Its actually a cool way to minimize the amount of information needed to save the replay. An actual HD video of a lap from gt5 would be many megabytes.

The gt5 replay file is ~1megabyte

As a team manager my proudest moment was when one of my Bobs pushed another driver into the pit wall and the pits at Monza. I lost the pictures and replay with my old PS3.

I also watched one of my friend's drivers roll over at Trial Mountain in a remote race. Not a cheat but entertaining.
 
Jaywalker, if its possible to send the replay to my psn, I own a Hauppauge HD PVR 1212 and it records in 1080i HD.
