Does Bob get any better stratagy wise as he develops or is is the same from level 0 to 40.

Mid Hot Bobs are the best... they arnt scared to pass & try ro drive faster laps everytime...but a Bob thats too hot is bad

Bobs do progress eventually with the green bars with mental ability and physical ability ... just a matter of sitting through the races .... best thing to do is share them all online and let your friends remote race with them and you get all the credits
