i have seen this more than once where the car that crossed the finish line first was not given the win. didnt really bother me that much until today when i came in 4th and it gave me the win something needs to be done about this.

Its been going on like that for awhile now. Back over a year ago when I used to race NASCAR cars there at Daytona on a nightly basis, it used to happen. Don't know why, but it did. We knew who actually won the race and the proper congrats were given so we just never let it bother us much. Just one of those crazy little glitches that you have to live with with this game.

The ranks are wrong, but the times are correct. So it's not hard to see who actually won , finished 2nd, etc.

I've seen this from time to time on other tracks too. It's not really an issue with the group I race with & race wins online don't add to your win total anyway.

It happens when the host of the lobby leaves the room in the middle of the race..

Whoever was leading the race when the host left, will be at the top of the list.

It happened to me without any leaving host. It may be one of the causes, but there must be at least another one.

As slump has said, this may be one reason, but its not the only reason. I can tell you that from experience. Its also happened to me without anyone leaving the room.

In addition to messed up results once you cross the finish line, the rolling starts are even worse!!! You get randomly placed in one position, then have someone a mile ahead of you, then they teleport inside your car, then back to a rolling grid format. Kaz, fix your game.

It happened to me without any leaving host. It may be one of the causes, but there must be at least another one.

2nd having a better best lap than 1st and the gap between them is around a tenth of a second. That's what seems to cause it for me.
