Im a bit disappointed why they haven't done a bonus race 8 & 9 on the seasonal events, considering they've put the earnings down and exp up on races i wouldve thought they wouldve made some more bonus races, as they're worth a nice bit of money, i have'nt been on for a few days so im not sure if something has happened about it
 
i dont understand it myself, they had time to make the ferrari, 4wd, ff and fr events so another bonus 8 & 9 would be no extra bother really, considering there's a time and drift trial 8 & 9, whats that all about
 
Bonus races for me are all about loverly XP, since I'm not that into doing the 24h enduros (or the 1000km at suzuka & 9 hours (9 effing hours!!!!!!!) of Tsucky Tsukuba), for that matter, so yes, I'm awaiting their swift return
 
i just used the cobra 427 on the classic car series, rear end comes out lovely

but 68,000 cr and 13500 exp aint really worth a great deal is it in comparisson with the 1,500,000 cr and 500,000 exp races (E.G)
 
they really need to put some new bonus races in now as with the trading all messed up now with the restrictions etc they need to keep people interested in gt5 now, as it is im pretty much finished now as i only have a few things left to do, 6 endurances, formula gt and a few special events, plus 1 more bronze on the nurburg s.vettel challenge,

after this im pretty much on hold,
was well into the training schedule as it was in the beginning

now its totally messed up big time:grumpy:

i couldn't find a post specifically mentioning about bonus 8 & 9 tho, thats why i started this thread
 
for a highly anticipated game they should have more

and i know they cant please everyone, but at the same time people have opened threads to put across their views on all aspects of the game, so there's no boo hoo is there,

how many threads are on here moaning?
and how many are threads saying how brilliant it is?

people are giving constructive criticism and hopefully things will get done or maybe altered

As with most of the things PD have done to "fix" and "improve" GT5, I find myself ever more disappointed.
 
Interesting they make changes when they find out people are cheating but they can't take the time to find out people don't like the direction they're taking with updates...

I'm not all wrapped up in the seasonal events or anything but the bump in XP and money seemed a good alternative to grinding. I like the historic race, all the cars in it seem pretty cool and I would drive any one of them in real life, but they should have made it combined earnings like the bonus races to make it worthwhile. Maybe limit the car choices if need be.
