When you borrow someones car online and do the glitch does the car automatically say it has 1 change?

I want to know if it will still be 0/0/0 when you trade gltich it.

If you borrow it and it is 0/0/0 it wil stay like that (well for me it does)

When you glitch it, it gets 1 switch.
