Both Free Stealth Cars Missing - Not Available in Downloads Either

Both of my free stealth cars have exclamation marks next to them saying they need to be redownloaded. They don't show up in GT5 under downloadable content, and they are not listed in the PS store under downloads.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
 
Have you checked your download history (unless that is what you meant by "Downloads")? The old DLC isn't found under the GT5 in-game menu, so you wouldn't find it there.
 
I checked under both the in-game DLC menu, and in my download history from the PS store. I never actually downloaded them before though, they were just a gift. Either way, they are not in my list from the PS store.
 
What do u mean by gift? Did you use codes for them? Or did you account share?
 
I hadn't played this game in a long time. I just turned on my PS3 and it said I had received two cars. Then they were in my truck delivery thing.

Just select the truck and select the cars.

Edit: Didn't work. When I click the truck it says I do not have a gift coupon.
 
Then they should be automatically in your garage.. I have the Chrome line and a few other special cars and whenever I make a new account on my ps3 for birthday tickets or whatever reason, they go directly in the garage, is your account the master account on your PS3? If not you need to redownload them from the original account you downloaded them from at the PSN store. Otherwise I have no idea what to tell you, if you got them through account share then you are prob screwed, but if you got everthing legitimately I would definitely call Sony and or Polyphony Digital and demand you get what's yours!

IIRC the Stealth/Chromeline cars require an activation file to be downloaded from the PSN store, my guess is you perhaps initially downloaded & activated the cars on a different account. If you have deleted that account now, it would create the problem you now have not being able to use the cars or to find them in your PSN download history.
 
I guess the problem is that a while back I thought of selling my PS3 so I restored it to default settings, wiped everything clean, etc. I didn't get any offers I felt were decent enough for the PS3 so I just hung onto it. Hooked it back up recently and this is what happened. It's no big deal really, but I just thought I'd ask.
 
Go into the psn store and click download list. Then find the stealth cars and re-download them. Also if they are not in there, check your cart.

You can't gift "special" cars (Chromline, Stealth Mode etc). They blocked that a long while ago hence why you can't receive them. You said you never downloaded them through the store, I'm guessing you didn't enter any voucher codes for them either.
