The car's wheel spin is just not controllable enough. The EP chassis should make it under one. But I think the EK will be the same as the EG.
 
I tried some of your settings on a 95 eg and so far got a best lap of 1:00.73. Ill try to see if i can get a lower time with more adjustments.
