...Kinda surprised this insane monster is still somehow overlooked here in the Suggestions.
Yep, it's a Brabus. Yup, it's insane. And it's stupidly fast. German firm claims this car can hit 230 mph.
But this has, for some reason, has a speed limiter. Bit academic, since its limited top speed is still 217 mph. Sooooo, what's the point?
This car has ONE massive flaw in its design, however, that stops me from showering it with love. Can you spot what that is? No? Let me help you there:
This. Urgh. Apparently it's to aid high speed stability and all that science stuff, but, dang it, it looks....a little too ricer.
BUT!! Its party piece does redeem it, at least partially. A great stonking 6.3 V12 pumps out 800 horsepower and limited torque of 1100nm. Unlimited, it will pummel the earth below with 1420 nm.
That's a lot. Oh and it also does 15 miles to the gallon. No really. It's written in the sales brochure. And that don't lie, like, ever.
Look closely, and you'll see "one of ten" on the number plate. And each will set you back a cool $875000. US, not Hong Kong.
You want performance figures? Really? It's fast. End of.
Okay, if you insist:
0-62mph/100kph 3.7 seconds.
0-124mph/200kph 9.9 seconds.
0-186mph/300kph 23.9 seconds.
Not bad, for a tank weighing in at buffet-busting two tonnes.
As usual, if you got more stuff to add, please share! Thanks.
