Brake boosting with turbo cars in GT5

Ha yea just tried it with the F40. I brake boosted a couple of times from 3rd pretty cool. 👍

Try putting a Stage 3 turbo in a Fiat 500 (new model), loads of lag.

Trust me, there is Turbo lag.

Just stage three turbo upgrade a Samba Bus and you'll see what I mean xD

That's not lag. That is gathering, like, the cosmic force of the universe, man.

I've already posted that using the brake and accelerator together will spool up the turbo. Wasn't that the question? o_O

Not from a launch. That requires you to have two step.

For people asking....Brake Boosting is not done from a Dig. You can not brake boost from a dig with a manual boosted car. It needs a two step launch control. Brake boosting is done while rolling.

correct.

also compared to forza the brake boosting doesnt feel like anything to me on gt5. Idk how many of you guys own turbo cars, but gt5 makes brake boosting feel like a joke.

I have a turbo car, but have only used brake boosting ... when, ummm ... lets say not anywhere I could talk about without being flagged. I don't left-foot brake on track ... I have just learned to apply throttle earlier.

What do you think it should feel like and how are GT5 and Forza different? I could maybe help shed some light on it. =)

Thanks for the replies,maybe Forza does have the upper hand in simulating the lag in their turbo cars but thats it. Im just going to buy more factory turbo cars and test em out. Also can some of you add me I only have like one friend on GT5 I would really appreciate it. PSN: awall937E46sr20
