Very nice SLR Shot
I dont get what's going on with the Holden, looks awkward
as for the rest of the cropped portrait photos, nice but try to use some variety
Also, Im not certain on this, but i think you put in too much black when you edt the photos.. Maybe you can try lens blurring the background instead.![]()
Are you doing multiple cars in the M3 CSL & RGT? or did you snap the camera like that?
More old shots, a mix of PMC & some from the old Photoshop comp.

I really would not consider myself anywhere near as good as those masters you have mentioned in terms of Photoshopping, but thanks for the compliment!Wow,Brock, you never seize to amaze me.All of your photos are mind blowing.I wish i could really do good clean-ups as you or even have mastered photoshopping like you.All the photos looks awesome whichever way you look at it.You've got to be one of the best photoshoppers here in GTP (beside Franz,Alexwrc,Tangled Web,Beerzgood,Setjur,[empty space] UnoMoto and some others who i can't remember)
I try to get the best out of the lighting in GT4, as TVR&Ferrari_Fan says I mostly just make changes to the brightness & contrast. The obvious exceptions are the first SLR, The Corvette, the NSX-R and the purple Dodge which was done for the old Kenny's Muscle Car comp.Wow, youve got a really nice gallery! The pic of the supra in the first post is my favourite. The lighting in the picture is really good, makes the blue stand out really nicely.
Yep, a good old VY SS Highway Patrol therethat looks exactly like the Aussie Cop car, good job
Just to let mnm_bmx know, when I started editing my shots I took some feedback from some of the old gallery owners, who may not be around here anymore. However after I took feedback I started reading the guide as Brock pointed out, which was mainly the main thing I used to improve.I really would not consider myself anywhere near as good as those masters you have mentioned in terms of Photoshopping, but thanks for the compliment!
I did dabble with PS for a while about a year or so ago, mostly with what I learnt from pixeljunkynz's turotials. I just don't have the time to dedicate several hours to photos these days.

Yep, a good old VY SS Highway Patrol thereThat one took me days to get that done. I found a real photo of one and then based my shot on it, deep-etching the livery, colour correcting it and applying it to the game shot. It came up all right, but never again!

Yep Beerzy that SLR bonnet with the reflections is one of my favourites, I had a feeling it would be a winner when I found that angle by chance. It took me quite a while to position the car just right for the final shot though, about seven replays worth iirc, but it was worth it.Finally a gallery from you, Brock! 👍
I always love your work, great to see some of these shots again.
The SLR's hood with the red/blue reflections is already a classic in it's own right.
Very nice mod on the police car too, great skills.
Hope you bring some new material soon, I'll be checking for sure.
Not in this part of the worldNice Cop car, just the "Police" on the bonnet is suppose to be backwards so it reads Police in the driver's mirror, correct?
Just a matter of matching the car speeds and then finding spot to focus on that doesn't leave the other car a blur. Only brightness & contrast used on that image.a Trico ProAlso, Since you took that photo( zero editing, the one with the M3 CSL and RGT), mind telling me how you did it?
Thanks alex, as you can see I had a bit of a run of taking tightly cropped long distance shots in photo travel, it can work wonders with the right combination of car and background lightingIm just taking a tour here and I think you have an amazing stuff in this page. The Viper PMC, vertical's partial cars, innovative angles ans the Holden chop are trully good 👍

I forgot to ask before, where did you take that shot? The SLR I mean.
