Broken Logitech driving force pro force feedback wheel!

Logitech Driving Force Pro Force Feedback Wheel is broken (again)

When I plug it in to the PS2 or PC all it does is spin backwards and fowards (right to left) a couple of degrees, and keeps on doing this.

Had the same problem before and some how fixed it, but forgot what solved it.

Can anyone help?

also the left light is flashing on and off, the right in permently on.

Is the power supply plugged in ?
