Buy/scrounge/beg a unlimited 4G data plan and a Phone That has Proper Web kit browser and High OS based memory partition for browser cache and cookie data.
3rd gen Ipod touch/iphone are to slow realy
5th Gen Ipod touch/iphone with a dual core CPU would be brilliant but 4th gen has to do for now.
