Once the series starts no one will compete with me, i have a wonderful mixture of youth & experience you might see the odd flash of good fortune from some of this motley crew but at there level & age you cant expect them to continue it throughout the season tbh 👍 i'm too good & too pretty

Plan needed then @Gedi69 final test night ok for the 21st? Secondly are we slotting this Red Bull Ring track in or replacing something else?💡

Tuning isn´t a thing for me now with the Camber change and my lasyness in terms of testing etc.

Camber values are very marginal King something close too 0.0 front and rear is still the safest way to go. :)

So whats the crack with the camber? Does it make a difference? Does it NOT make a difference? Is there any value in adding it? Is there time to be had? Can i ask anymore questions? I probably can.

Im no expert obviously but from what i can gather if it's quicker it's very marginal, imo i don't think it is. I will probably run 0-0 for the sprint and a very minor camber for the tyre wear race simply to aid with the wear values.

Thanks JB. I know it obviously makes a difference in the real world but if it hardly does anything why have it? It's like it's just there to confuse me. And I'm easily confused !
 
Just had a spaz round Tokyo.
Tyre wear on fast. 12 laps. Fastest lap was 1:41.043. I drove a pretty conservatively. Tyre numbers were:
FL 5
FR 6
RL 7
RR 8

Well in theory obviously it should make a difference but being PD driven it's a bit broken.:rolleyes: And your tyre wear values are very handy Sy. Lap time with wear sounds about right. :)

Camber works different compared to gt5

gt5 i would use more on front than rear for example 1.8 0.8

gt6 i use significantly less 0.4 0.2 for example

I am not 100 % sure but i think the camber affects the top speed , overall accel

So on a track with more straights / top speed you would want to run less camber

Of course this is not confirmed , this is just what I have been thinking with my tests so far

Hello guys,

Good thing is that i have got the new job... but dark side is working in two shifts randomly, so i can not :ouch: participate in this great season.
Think GT6 will be on hold for now 👎.

PS. Not even downloaded the Senna update, better adjust that :lol: (after this weekend, Silvo stuff) :)
