I will probably have pegged out before some of our racers reach my age just now. :crazy: Theres a cheery note to add to the thread.
 
No pace here, I'm afraid. No matter how many straightaways there are, Fuji is still a stop-and-go track, which won't be friendly for the awkwardly loose California. A single 39.4 was the best that could be done, the rest were just high 39's.

I'm doing the same pace as you right now Carb. JB's setup is fast, but very hard to actually drive fast on a controller. I'm drifting out of pretty much every turn.

Then also add in my dislike for Fuji, and my even greater dislike for this variation with the chicane. Even with the SLS in 5th gear I'm drifting the whole chicane.

EDIT: New best lap of a 39.2 . I put my own tranny on, moved the ballast a tiny bit and changed the LSD to make it easier for me to drive.

Also the OP states we cannot cut the white pit exit line, but does this also apply to the pit entry? You could cut into the pits at a better angle for it's first turn, and then have two wheels on the painted surface for the second turn.



Oh and don't run out of fuel :sly:

Entry's a bit awkward tbh dont worry too much about entry exit is the scary bit.:) Never thought about setup effecting controller/wheel use but i bet it must do.:indiff:

BTW, anyone want the setups I was using last season? :) Was going to give them to you guys earlier in the season but never got round to it :p
