I'll be at the back as I haven't even bought my car as it was such short notice, however I get home at about 5pm tomorrow which gives me plenty of time to practice đź‘Ť

When you do buy the M3 you will need to run the engine in for 200 miles to reach the 591bhp.

Ya, with the Merc, im forced to lower the Engine Power after every practice run until i hit the 300km mark where i start to raise it again.

On a good note lads....yup, im in the race tomorrow. Told work that i will be an hour or so late. They didn't mind. Hopefully next round will be the same. :D

thats good to hear! it would be nice to have a full grid.

Oh man dont remind me of that now. We all know that we will have to be patient and remember that the race is a 10 lap sprint and a 25 lap race. First race is all about getting a good qualifying i think to get a good grid position...unless you have a Camaro / Jaguare.

Oh man dont remind me of that now. We all know that we will have to be patient and remember that the race is a 10 lap sprint and a 25 lap race. First race is all about getting a good qualifying i think to get a good grid position...unless you have a Camaro / Jaguare.

My bmw is real bad off the line,it just bogs down when i put it into 2nd.

I just need a photo of all the cars. Save the replay. Then watch it, stop it when your all on the grid. Then take a photo of the cars in lots of 4. 4 photos will show me all the cars. Then as the series goes, if noone changes their car, I'll make my selection for my favorite car.

Send the photos to the XMB, then to me via a message. Or set to online in the game and I'll check them there.

I also need a message sent to me who to send tickets to after the race ends. All tickets will be sent from my PSN: My_i_d_

I will send my first ticket before the reset and then the second straight after. So if people want to start sending FR's to My_i_d_ then I can send straight away. Maybe put 'V8' in the message.

cool no one will be changing cars now as deadline was friday 8th july, I (or our photographer) will put pics online after race and the race results will be on here shortly after race. Thanks again mildrum have a good day.

Take note of culkins post all this is what this series is all about, someone is bound to be hard done by tonight thats racing especially with the possibility of a busy grid i would ask you all to take note once again of the opening post regarding "race incidents" and follow these guidelines under no circumstances will public slanging matches be tolerated and we will if we have to remove these individuals if its really bad, so please try and stay cool and we promise any incidents deemed bad enough we will sort out after the races before awarding any points.The pm system is there for everybodys benefit so please use it me and 69 are both available theres no favouritism we foul up same rule applies. Talking individually with most of you guys everyone seems top drawer so im sure we will be fine but i just wanted to warn everyone one last time as racenight looms.Sorry for the rant guys goodluck to everyone and lets have some FUN:tup::)

If i was you id do a high average speed track like Indianapolis or Daytona if you keep at top speed shouldn't take too long

That's what I've done, kept going round daytona it don't take long Tom, seems this series is going to be a good one just wish we had more than 16 spaces for everyone to join, so if ppl don't turnup tonight then the reserves might get a spot! So please can reserves be on standby as I think that 2-3 might not join,
Jhodas sorry for taking you off but didn't hear from you but I will put you on reserve.

Tonight I'm just going to try avoid all incidents and hopefully stay in the draft of the leader. I also got a cool looking car, but I'm not going to post pics of it till after the race.:sly: Still slightly unsure about the braking ability of the car, but I put on a Brake Balance which should work and I can tinker with it all day. Can't wait.:)

As its the first race tonight and things look to be busy gedi69's lounge will be open at 7pm with qualifying starting at 7:30 and race 1 good to go at 8pm.:)

Fire up them V8s and let them burn some rubber, like i said before make sure your wheels have got nuts on them before you exit the pits as even the best pitcrew in the world get this wrong lol.
