It seemed that the RWD had some problems. But we only had 3 lap races to get the feel of the track with 'mini' traffic. I had problems only with my front right tyres on this track with a few moments of having my rear tyres screeching as well. But it was minimum.

My tyres seem good for 12 laps but yes my front right tyre was bad!

Oh man, i did 3 endurance races this past week. Taking a break for now. :scared:

Oh and 👍 to JRC for his new Merc look. Its just ace with his Red Paint, Yellow rims and....YELLOW GEAR!
 
I wish they could be done in a lounge with your friends as co drivers. I did some the first time I played GT5, but my 2nd, 3rd & 4th time I won't be bothered.

More than once at Monza I came up fast behind a ghost thinking I'd go through, only for him to go solid at the last moment and booom, impact! :crazy:

Thats one of the few I've done, due to the great prize :cool:
 
I like to do the endurance races on proper road courses. You have get a car which is quite a bit worse then the others and you have a really good race then. Indy is just stupid, the AI brake for the turns.:grumpy:

Loving the pics, thanks for the comments on paint scheme moe. Lol you can see how bad i was about to crash just from putting the back wheel on the grass.

Ive got it setup properly to be stable through the corners however.....Deepforest has corners with different elevations in them and the Camaro just doesnt like corners like that one bit :(

My good old friend Mr Understeer has come back to haunt me which means I can only get a 1:17.1xx which is a shame :(

Yes mate that'd be good but i'm still underpowered as I haven't had a chance to run the BMW in this week, i'm contemplating changing to the Merc or Maserati if possible, but still PM me your setup and i'll see what I can make of it :)

No car changes at this stage mate im afraid your stuck with the old M3 dont worry thats no bad thing imo.:sly: You really need to grind it up to that 591bhp as soon as you can fella i will send the setup to you shortly.:)

Oh ya man, same here. But i have feeling that everyone has a shot of doing better than expecting...or worst. lol. This is all about consistency. Like yesterday i had 3 races out of 5 or 6 that i was consistent without any wrong while the other i had a mistake here and there that cost me time. If one gets into a flow and gets an early advantage, he might as well be the winner here. Overtaking is insanely dangerous...especially in the twist and turns in the second sector of the track. There's no room for distraction and the concentration level will be high.

Mate i was behind you guys and i had quite a distance to catch up to you three, then as i took the dip into the hairpin, all i saw was smoke in the air. I was like WHAT THE ****! Tried to slow down and get around you and John, only for the smoke to get denser and went right through it...only to find Johnboy sideways in the middle of the track and rammed him hard! My engine and wheel got busted and for half a lap couldnt get the car past 5th gear. If that was in the race...that would have been probably the biggest accident i have seen in GT5. lol

Indy is stupid but the x1 sorted it for me! done it in 4x50 lap stints that X1 drinks loads of fuel i was in the pits every 27 laps.

Your time was 1:13:544 my fastest was 1:14:1xx, i was trying to beat it when the best time was 1:14:9xx then the lap i did it changed to 1:13 lol
 
This is just up in the air, but did you guys ever think of having one Endurance Race during the season? Maybe a 40-50 Laps around a track?

I apologise for that RP, tempers boiled up.

DFR is a bad track for me... spinning, smoking tyres, 1.15 is fastest I can do. Any more and I crash.
